The positive: my new apartment is gorgeous. Gorgeous.
The negative: It's the only apartment building in a business park. I have no idea where the closest supermarket is. Or swimming pool for that matter.
The positive: The one cafe in the area transitions into a bar and thus stays open past 5 pm.
The negative: Drunk businessmen blow smoke in your face ... but at least I can check e-mail and read blogs.
