I'm sure you will be very pleased to know that I have been thoroughly tested for every S.T.D known today, for the fourth time this year. And other than that, I was told that gas might cause sharp back pain. And they'll follow-up in 4 weeks.
Which is to say that the doctor put absolutely no effort into figuring things out. And I'm not going to get a diagnosis anytime soon. So let's hope this is just a virus or a bacterial infection that will pass in a week or two. And with that, I'm back to bed. Because this 'gas' of mine makes me awfully sleepy ...

I think that's an excellent description, Io! BFE. A city of almost a million deep in the South with no prenatal yoga, very limited ob/gyn options, and not much else going for it either.
