Just a temporary break.
Nothing's wrong.
I've just run out of IF-related obsessing for the moment and I'm guessing that the vast majority of my readers are not interested in hearing about daily life with the fusspot. I have noticed a rather dramatic drop in readers/comments in the past month. And while I am not a blogger who is trying to draw a huge crowd, I do like knowing that there are a few ol' faithful readers following along. I may start posting again about life abroad (new socialized medical adventures coming up soon) or bilingual/biracial issues. Maybe in December, maybe later.
I will continue to read and comment and I hope to start blogging again soon - maybe when Project 2.0 is a bit closer (coming soon this spring: weaning! moving in with my husband! NYC fertility clinics!) or maybe just when I've had a full night's sleep and work is a bit less stressful.

Not that I'm one to talk about needing to take a break from blogging (since I've posted maybe 3 times in 3 months), but I do enjoy reading about your adventures with the fusspot.
Take your break and enjoy it but please come back?
I am always content to read about the fusspot. I also apologise for not commenting as much as I should.

Please come back. I live through your adventures.
I'm just in awe of the fact that you manage to keep up the blog at all-- single parenting an infant! Overseas! While also enriching yourself! I think that's quite enough, though I am so glad that you decide to blog anyway, so I can keep up with you and the Fusspot.
And I am really, really, REALLY eager to read about Project 2.0... you know, as if you're not eager enough to live it yourself!
/cry/ What will I do without you and Fusspot!
I can understand needing a break though! But, I miss you already. :-(
But where else will I get updates on what oddities you encounter overseas? And the updates about your inlaws?!
Fusspot adventures are the kind that will keep me reading. As a mother of 2 small ones, I usually can read a post, but don't always have free hands (and/or solid thought) to type a comment. I wonder if that is the way it goes with so many of us turned mommy bloggers?
I do hope you'll come back soon.
